UNITED STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES:

PLEASE NOTE:

* Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
* Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.
* Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories.)
* We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
* Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, or the city of Philadelphia
* Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusettes, or Wisconsin

All United States orders are shipped the same day or within 24 business hours via UPS Ground.* UPS Ground shipping is $6.50 and will be automatically calculated into your total upon check out for orders under $50.00. UPS Ground shipping is FREE if your order is $50.00 or more (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). If you are a customer whose order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, actual shipping costs will be emailed to you for you to accept or decline. How long is delivery transit time?

Cost for upgrade in shipping is as follows:

* UPS Next Day Air - $35.00
* UPS 2nd Day Air - $17.50
* Saturday Delivery for the above services is $12.00, in addition to the above shipping charges. Only available on Friday with Next Day Air service or Thursday with 2nd Day Air. Not available in all areas. You must state during check-out you want to add the $12.00 for Saturday delivery.

Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.

*Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our privacy policy is posted.

Basic Security Gear exclusively ships using only UPS, therefore, all orders will ship via UPS. We have had much success with UPS, and will continue using them as our main source of shipping. We are able to provide our customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages, and ensured delivery.

*Orders received by 4pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.

For money order or check orders, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs (if applicable). For offline orders (mail or fax) please print an order form to mail or fax in.
